Kuki twibagirwa inzozi turota?

Ese wigeze wibaza impamvu ukanguka ugasanga warose inzozi ndende, ariko nyuma y’iminota mike ukazibagirwa zose? Ibi bibaho ku bantu bose, ariko si ibintu byo kwirengagiza. Abahanga mu by’ubwonko basobanura ko uburyo ubwonko bukora mu gihe cyo gusinzira, cyane cyane mu gihe cy’inzozi (REM sleep), butuma inzozi nyinshi zidashobora kubikwa mu bubiko burambye. Iyi nkuru isobanura impamvu nyayo zituma twibagirwa inzozi zacu, impamvu bamwe bazibuka kurusha abandi, n’uburyo watoza ubwonko bwawe kuzirikana inzozi zawe buri gitondo.

Hari igihe ujya gukanguka warose ibintu byinshi, watangaye, wishimye cyangwa watinye cyane… ariko nyuma y’iminota mike, inzozi zose zigahita zibagirana? Si wowe wenyine! Ibi bibaho ku bantu hafi ya bose, kandi si uko uba utitaye ku nzozi, ahubwo ni uko ubwonko bwacu buteguwe gutya.

Uko ubwonko bukora igihe turyamye

Mu gihe cy’inzozi kizwi nka REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement), ibice by’ubwonko bifasha kubika ibintu mu buryo burambye (long-term memory) biba bicecetse. Ibi bituma ibyo turota biba nk’inkuru zica mu bwonko zikagenda nta n’icyo zisize. Ahubwo, ubwonko buba buri gukora indi mirimo y’ingenzi: gukemura ibibazo, gutunganya ibyabaye ku manywa, no kongerera imbaraga ubumenyi bwo ku manywa.

Inzozi rero urota, ariko ntizibikwe. Ni igihe uba utazindutse uri mu nzozi cyangwa utazitekerejeho ako kanya, zihita zigenda nk’umuyaga.

Inzozi zishobora kwibukwa ryari?

Ubusanzwe, REM sleep iba buri minota 90, ikagenda imara umwanya muto cyane mu masaha ya mbere y’ijoro, ariko ikiyongera buhoro buhoro. Mu masaha ya nyuma, REM ishobora kumara minota 20 cyangwa arenga. Niyo mpamvu inzozi umuntu ahora yibuka akenshi ziba zabaye hafi y’igihe yazindukiye, ni zo ziba zitarasibangana.

Niba usinzira amasaha make, REM iba nkeya. Ibi bisobanura ko abasinzira amasaha arenga bibuka inzozi kurusha abasinzira igihe gito.

Ubundi REM n’iki?

REM bisobanura Rapid Eye Movement, bishatse kuvuga “Gukebaguza kwihuse kw’amaso” mu gihe cyo gusinzira.

REM ni icyiciro cyihariye cy’indoto (sleep stage) kiba mu ijoro, aho ubwonko buba bukora cyane ariko umubiri uba uruhutse. Iki ni cyo cyiciro aho inzozi nyinshi zibera, kandi kikaba gifite akamaro kanini mu gufasha ubwonko:

Hari abantu bibuka inzozi zabo buri gitondo, abandi bakazibona rimwe na rimwe, abandi ntibazibuke na rimwe. Byose bifitanye isano n’imiterere y’umuntu:

  • Abagore bashobora kuzirikana inzozi kurusha abagabo.
  • Abato bibuka inzozi kurusha abakuze.
  • Abantu batekereza cyane, bafite ubuhanzi, cyangwa batekereza mu buryo bwimbitse (nk’abafite imico y’ubuhanzi cyangwa abafite imagination nyinshi), bashobora kuzibuka kenshi.
  • Abamenyereye kurota “lucid dreams” (inzozi bazi ko bari kurota) nabo bibuka inzozi kurusha abandi.

Ni gute wakwibuka inzozi zawe gute?

Iyo ushaka kwibuka inzozi nyinshi, hari ibyo wakora:

1. Irinde guhita ubyuka uko ukangutse – banza uceceke, witekerezeho.

2. Andika ibyo warose n’iyo byaba bike. Niyo waba utanditse byose, andika igitekerezo nibura kimwe wibuka.

3. Jya uzitekerezaho cyangwa uziganireho n’abandi. Ibi bituma ubwonko bumenyera kuzibika.

Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko abantu batoje ubwonko bwabo kuzirikana inzozi, barushaho kuzibuka uko iminsi igenda. Ni nk’imyitozo y’ubwonko!

Inzozi zifite akamaro?

Yego. Inzozi zishobora kuba zitari inyigisho zuzuye nk’iz’ishuri, ariko zishobora kugaragaza ibyifuzo byawe, impungenge, cyangwa ibitekerezo wihishahisha ku manywa. Hari ubwo ziba nk’ikirahure kikwereka uko umutima wawe umeze.

Umwe mu bajyanama (counselor) yavuze ati:  “Turota ibitubabaje cyangwa ibyo tudashaka kurebana nabyo ku manywa.”

Iyo uzifashe nk’inyigisho aho kuzifata nk’urujijo, inzozi zishobora kugufasha kwisobanukirwa.

Inzozi ntizijya ziba ubusa

Inzozi si ibihimbano. Ni igice cy’ingenzi cy’ubuzima bwacu bwo mu mutwe. Nubwo ubwonko budashobora kuzibika zose, dufite uburyo bwo kwitoza kuzizirikana. Uko tuzirikana inzozi, niko tuba turi kwimenya kurushaho.

Niba wifuza gutangira kuzirikana inzozi buri gitondo, tangira kubitekerezaho ndetse ujyane n’igitabo cyo kuzandika. Inzozi zawe ntizishobora kukubeshya, ziba ziri kukwereka igice cy’ukuri wenda utarabona ku manywa.

Wigeze wibuka inzozi zikakwereka ikintu cyari imbere? Cyangwa zigatuma ufata icyemezo gikomeye? Sangiza abandi ubunararibonye bwawe!
